Maruta did a fantastic job in selling our home on Tidy Island. It was a very stressful time for us and Maruta went out of her way to help us thru the process. She was extremely helpful in suggesting things we should do to make our home more saleable. She is the most knowledgeable real estate professional I have ever met. My mother had lived in her condo for upwards of 30 years, after so long a time and having reached the age of 92; she had become quite a hoarder. From the moment Maruta walked through the door, she showed great sensitivity for our situation. Moving under ordinary circumstances is stressful, but our circumstances were seemingly impossible. Maruta went above and beyond the call of duty, enabled our mother to maintain her dignity and sell her condo for a great price. We have already and will continue to recommend Maruta.

Over the past ten years of renting, we heard about the high cost of ownership vs. renting. Maruta completely explained the advantages of purchasing. She supplied us with all the costs involved in ownership, choices of insurance companies, title service costs plus a number of other contractors. She simplified the process for us.

I have never seen a Realtor ® work as hard as Maruta did on our listing. For the last seventeen months in a horrible market, she delivered, from local and internet ads to brochures and open houses. The neighbors marveled at the number of open houses she held all those months.

Maruta was fully prepared for each of our Longboat Key visits with a full calendar of showings, complete documentation on each property, and very good insights into the market and local buying issues. We made several offers and had a fairly complex negotiation with the seller. Maruta handled each of those efficiently and was very helpful in navigating the transaction. I have purchased and sold multiple homes but Maruta is far and away the best I have worked with.

Maruta Miluns completely explained the advantages of purchasing versus renting. She supplied us with all the costs involved in ownership, choices of Insurance Companies, Title Service costs, etc., plus a number of other contractors who supply service in Whitney Beach. She simplified the process for us. Not only was it a pleasure dealing with Maruta, but her services were exceptional.
