I was a temporary resident of Longboat Harbour, spending much of my time at my home in Pennsylvania. After selling a property in the UK, I phoned Malihe Karimi and informed her that I would be interested in trading my first floor condo in Longboat Key for one on the bay on a higher floor. Although she assured me that such a condo rarely comes open, she set about to find me exactly what I was looking for. Amazingly soon after, she called to say she had found a property that met my description. Because I could not fly to Florida to view the condo, I asked her to allow my good friends to view it for me. Not only did she sell the unit that unit to me, but she also sold one to my friends! The original asking price of the condo was about $430,000, as I recall. Malihe assured me that it was not worth a penny over $400,000 and was able, with considerable negotiations, to procure it for $399,000. I was delighted. Malihe then went about selling my original condo. She was able to find a buyer quite quickly for a price I felt was reasonable and made it possible for me to settle on my original condo before the purchase of the new property in order that I would have the cash for the new transaction. The sale of one and purchase of another was not an easy task for Malihe. Much of the work had to be done while I was in Pennsylvania. She also had to work around my long-established trip to China for nearly a month. She juggled all of this even when she was quite ill. I cannot say enough about her knowledge of property values in the area and her ability to work with other realtors for the sale and purchase of my properties. Everything went smoothly and all details were addressed. I am most grateful to her for making it possible for me to own the place of my dreams.

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the whole buying experience and that is thanks entirely to our Realtor, Malihe Karimi. She was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I contacted her initially on another of her listings. I had been looking for condominiums on the island for several months but had not yet been comfortable enough in any of my open house or listing call visits to secure a realtor of my own. It's hard to explain, but Malihe had that perfect combination of warmth, insight and realty smarts; I knew after having spent under an hour with her, that I wanted to work with her exclusively. From the search, she put together of appropriate condos, to the contract work she performed and advice she gave, to the delicate handling of a delayed closing (due of course, to Hurricane Irma), to the subsequent follow-up on our settling in and the lovely housewarming gift she brought us, Malihe made us feel listened to, taken care of, and valued every step of the way. That to me is the definition of a great Realtor. Maybe Webster's Dictionary should borrow it and put her lovely picture alongside the text!

Malihe is a very aggressive agent who sold our apartment in short time. She took time to explain all the features of the apartment. She was always available when we had a question or problem. Malihe will do what ever it takes to purchase or sell for you. She is outstanding. You can't go wrong with Malihe.
