I have had the absolute pleasure to work with JoDene professionally on three major transactions. She tirelessly helped me find the perfect home to begin a new chapter with my children and she also courageously negotiated and sealed the deal with the closing of two other homes and another one of life's chapters. Her knowledge, her ability to read the market, and her willingness to always be available for me....well...meant the absolute world to me. JoDene has the artist eye & is detail oriented. She was showing me a condo near the water and I commented on how well done the furnishings and art work was. That’s when she explained about her staging experience. The before and after pics were very impressive. When I DO make the decision to move to the island SHE will definitely be the agent for us.

She hit the ground running from the beginning to the end. With her Artistic eye, she staged the home very professionally. It was my moms home for 50 years, who had died recently. I just kept thinkingI wish My mom could of seen how great it looked. It sold fast, at a fair price, which she helped us establish. She also does not think twice about moving a piece of furniture.
