My husband and I were lucky to have met JoAnne 11 yrs ago when we moved to Venice. Over the years we stayed in touch When we decided to move back home to be near family she was the first person we thought of to list our home. JoAnne is extremely professional. She’s very knowledgeable about the Venice area. At a time when the market was very aggressive JoAnne made sure that the entire experience of selling our home went very smooth from the original listing to the open house and then the settlement. We were referred to Jo-Anne by another broker and could not have been more pleased with her performance. She was very easy to work with, combining deep local market knowledge, an amazing work ethic and and excellent listening skills. In our initial meeting she was quickly able to accurately uncover our housing desires and our financial realities. Right after this meeting, we were seeing a series of homes that closely matched our stated wishes and learning about today's crazy market. Joanne did in a day what we couldn’t do in 3 days. After finding the place we made an offer, counter then acceptance, and then closed with 45 days. She did a fantastic job and helped us out with furniture and misc. other coordination items Scale 1 – 10. 11! Thanks. George A. FullerPresident

Our experience in dealing with Jo-Anne was excellent. We found Jo-Anne to be very professional, responsive to our questions in a timely manner. And, she was very calm when things got delayed in viewing the home with the key situation. Jo-Anne is a real asset to your organization. The time-line Jo-Anne provided us was very good in keeping our focus on the goal of buying our home. Jo-Anne would check in with us to see how we were doing and has reminded us about applying for the Homestead Act. Although this was our fifth purchase of a home, Jo-Anne put our minds at ease as she did a facebook segment with the home inspection. This was the first we signed a sales agreement without seeing the home in person.

Jo-Anne was recommended to me by a close friend and I knew after meeting her that first evening at my home that I wanted her to be my realtor. She was knowledgeable, sincere, and understanding of my needs. Having lived in my house for almost four decades, I didn't know where to begin with the whole process. My house sold quickly and during the crunch times when I was feverishly sorting, selling, and packing, she encouraged me, provided resources, reminded me to breath (and to eat!), and added so many personal and meaningful touches to help me. I highly recommend her and am grateful to her.
