House went on the market and was under contract for an acceptable price within a week. Jennifer and her team did a remarkable job getting the house in condition to show and in getting the property exposure. This was a high end home that had been on the market twice within the past two years and not sold. Excellent all around performance!

Jennifer thomas, was and is a great person to work with. I would recomend her, she gets everything done fast and is very helpful. She put our house on the market and had it off the market in less the 24 hours. Spent 3 days ish looking at houses and helped us find our forever ish home. Over the years I've bought and sold several homes and this one was the smoothest of them all. From the first meeting thru the day of closing she made sure I was well informed of what was going on, answered my questions right away. She went over and above the basic selling of the property, assisting with many other "moving" obstacles. She cared about making sure the experience was a positive one.
