Wow, working with Edie was a really great experience. Very professional, attentive to our needs, always looking out us. A thousand miles relocation is not easy, but Edie came through and made the process seamless. I highly recommend her, and should we need to do this again, would not hesitate working with her again.

From our initial contact, she was professional and provided exceptional service. Edie was a model of patience as it took us months to decide to move forward with an offer. Since we are not residents of FL, she accommodated our schedule to see the condo multiple times often on very short notice and to coordinate our closing by mail. In addition, we feel she listened to our concerns and fairly represented our initial offer which was substantially less than the seller’s asking price. Since the close, she has provided resources in the local area and has been very responsive in assisting us with questions that have arisen. Working with Edie was a positive experience and I would strongly recommend her as a realtor to any of our friends.
