Re: 18037 Ohara Drive, Port Charlotte, Fl Before putting my vacant lot up for sale, I did some research on various real estate firms, and was not too impressed. I was then referred by a friend to try BJ Jones at Michael Saunders & Company. In our first meeting, he took the time to explain some of the history of Michael Saunders and presented me with a complete marketing strategy for the sale of my property. It gave me a complete understanding and overview of what the histories were on other sales and pending sales in the area. In addition, he took the time to explain about feasibility studies in Florida and what could transpire after it was completed. It left me with little or no questions later on in the completion of the sale. His patience and understanding with my lack of updated computer software at times also proved to me he was not lacking in any customer service. BJ Jones is a consummate professional and performed an outstanding service for me in marketing and selling my house in Punta Gorda, Florida. The thing that separates BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company from other realtors is that they spent a significant sum of money and time marketing my house domestically and internationally in print and social media to prospective buyers. They paid for a professional photographer to take high quality photos and videos to market my house. I was very impressed with the video and drone footage which showed boating access to and from my home. I was out of the country for most of the listing period, and BJ went beyond the call of duty in helping me coordinate inspections and service providers . He would even pick up palm fronds from my property, and there are a lot of palm trees on the property. I have been a real estate lawyer for more than 30 years and I cannot say enough complimentary things about BJ. I have already recommended BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company to other friends, and will continue to do so in the future. I give BJ Jones a 5 Star Rating!

We had the pleasure of working with BJ Jones while living in Michigan and purchasing a condo in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. BJ was very responsive providing us with answers to any questions we had and providing information on the area to help us narrow down the areas we wanted to focus on. BJ made us feel like we were his only client by the way he responded to us and he made sure we were staying on track with what needed to be done in order to close in a timely manner. It isn't always easy working with out of state clients but he made us almost feel like we were buying local. We recommend him very highly!

Not a frequent buyer of real estate, you sometimes wonder what real estate agents do to earn their compensation. Through this experience you realize quickly the roll the realtor plays in keeping everything working and moving toward the end goal of ownership. I met BJ for the first time when my wife and I scheduled a virtual tour with him to view a home that we had found online. At the outset, we found BJ to be very professional in his approach to our requirements for a new home and he instilled a level of optimism and confidence in our endeavors and for our property search. His passion and enthusiasm for his work is infectious and we established trust and a mutual rapport immediately with him. BJ has the depth and breadth of knowledge of the real estate market in this area that made our search for a new home as easy as it possibly could be. His probing questions, use of his industry tools, analytics and his own intuitiveness narrowed our criteria comfortably. BJ refined our points and knew what was important even when we vacillated.
