I had listed my Chanteclaire Condo that I had purchased years ago solely for my father to live with Tony Boothby. I was introduced to Tony by my neighbors' daughter who has referred him in the past. I am out of state of the property. I had a small window of time when I was in Sarasota to list the property and figure a plan for it’s contents etc…. Tony came in and met with me at a convenient time, came with all appropriate comps and answers to all my questions. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. He helped me expedite the listing and made the few necessary aesthetic adjustments promptly and with ease. It took a while to sell the property, however, through the whole process Tony was great to communicate with, on the same page with me and understood my perspective, and quick to respond and help. The property sold and I was so appreciative of Tonys' help with the task of emptying the property’s remaining contents and completing the transaction with my not needing to go back to Sarasota. Though, all I have described and experienced is truly how a transaction should go between a realtor and client, as I’m sure you are aware, not often enough. Tony is surely an asset to your firm and a complete professional pleasure to deal with. I am very thankful that I worked with him on this sale, and would recommend him or call upon him again in an instant.

We had a great experience working with Tony Boothby while he helped us sell Florence Zox’s Sunset Towers condo in Sarasota. He was very helpful in locating resources for removing furniture and fixtures, general clean-up, and for doing minor repairs. He did a great job on the MLS listing and we closed the sale on March 22, within a month or so of its listing! Thanks to Tony for doing a very professional job!

Tony provided more than exceptional customer service to me during my home search and purchase. He couldn’t have been more attentive and responsive to what I was looking for and getting me out to see the properties in a timely fashion, given that houses were selling quickly. He provided excellent advice to me and was very knowledgeable about pluses and minuses of home features and location. During the purchase process, he assisted me in understanding all the proceedings and provided guidance on what would follow after closing. I would definitely recommend Tony to friends and family who were looking to purchase a home in this area.

Tony kept us posted frequently as to the progress of the home that we were building, even sending us pictures. He often asked if there was something he could do to help us during that time. At the final walk-through, he was there. He found several major things that needed remediating, things we hadn’t noticed. We will forever be thankful for his expertise.

Over the course of the last year, Tony has helped us find a gem of a mid-century modern home. Unfortunately, our jobs required us to relocate from Sarasota to Georgia. Since Tony made our buying a home such a pleasant experience we called him back to list the house. We were under contract in a matter of weeks and despite being out-of-state, we trusted Tony with our home. Tony is the fourth realtor I used over the years and he is, quite frankly, the very best. The other realtors I've used, in Savannah, did not have my best interests in mind. I was a sales ticket to them. I thought I was getting good service from them but after working with Tony I realized how poorly our previous realtors' service was to us the client. I will highlight the positive qualities Tony had with us:1. Trust. We trusted Tony with our home and our investment. 2. Behind the Scenes. Tony did so much behind the scenes, above and beyond what was required of a realtor's duties. This included assisting us with our home warranty issues, finding contractors and lawn services, assisting us with our a/c unit which went down while we were out of state, etc etc etc3. Customer Priority. Tony steered us in the right direction. He had our best interests at heart. We did not feel like a number but a high priority to him. 4. Honesty/Integrity. Tony has character, heart, and is a quality person. 5. Caring. We felt cared for working with Tony. We were fortunate to meet him and work with him. Thank you for allowing us to work with Tony.

I would just like to say that our agent, Tony Boothby was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs, courteous, never refused a request, gave valuable insight into the home buying experience here in Florida which was completely new to us coming from Connecticut. Tony guided us from the very beginning of our search through to the purchase of our home and beyond, keeping up with us after closing.
