Sandy Limberger is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We purchased our first condo in Punta Gorda with Sandy's help and are now working with her on the purchase of our second condo. We live full time (for now) in Illinois and Sandy was very accommodating and helpful in assisting us in getting this accomplished from a distance. Sandy Limberger is a Five Star agent. I thought I was ready to sell my home and buy a new one. My husband had passed away and I decided to down size. Through a friend I met Sandy and we started the process and then I could not follow thru with it. Sandy was very understanding and comforting and felt like a friend and not an agent.
