I am pleased to share my experiences with my recent house sale. When looking for a realtor, I immediately called Leah who lived in the neighborhood and had answered questions I had had in the past. Leah knew Glenn Lakes and was on top of the rapidly changing market. She listed and got my asking price within a few days. Prior to the sale, she made excellent suggestions of improvements I should make to the outside of the property. She also put me in touch with local tradespeople who could complete the work. She answered all my questions, kept me informed through the whole process, and was very easy to work with.

We worked with Leah to find a house on Bird Key and it was a positive, pleasant experience throughout. Leah knows all the Florida-specific rules and vagaries of the market, which was a great help when it came to closing on the house we eventually bought. She was focused and purposeful in her search with us; she knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with properties that didn't meet our specific location and pricing criteria.
