Amy Gonzales is an absolute gem at Michael Saunders! From beginning (listing) to end (closing) she guided us through a maze of pandemic twists and turns. She kept us on track and always had a positive outlook. Safety for ourselves and potential buyers was always a top concern. The closing was creative and worked well while restrictions were observed. In addition, Amy herself is a lovely and caring person and is involved with many of the programs set up to help people in need. She went above and beyond what I would expect of my realtor which was much appreciated since we are stuck in MA and have not been able to get to our newly purchased house. Amy was able to help us get set up with all the services that we would require to keep the house in good maintenance. Amy is a wonderful asset to your company. I cannot give Amy enough praise for her help in purchasing my property she went over and above assisting me with this purchase. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid (this was my first property purchase).My ex-husband and I were experiencing difficulty in the sale of our property in Morriston. The Lender the purchaserhad used was next to useless, and we were given several dates for closure, this went on for about a month and poorAmy had to keep extending our closure date and update the contract in order the make my purchase possible. In the meantime,I had had to move a couple of times to temporary places and she was constantly in touch and reassured me that everything wouldwork out, at the same time she was keeping the seller informed and updating the contract. He is in Russia apparently. Jennifer Seaveyin the Title Dept was also very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with any title problems and got them fixed. Amy had an electrician and plumber come in with quotes on the issues the inspection had found and I received a reduction in priceto cover these repairs. She did a virtual video walkthrough before the closure because I could not get out to Englewood.Eventually, the time came for me to close on my new property, after having to change my closing date several times to keep up with the Morriston problems, she had everything ready to go and everything went smoothly, unlike the closing on the other property. She went over local places I might be interested in and gave me a brochure that listed all the local Utilities in order to set the new property up. She called me up a couple of weeks later and we had a nice chat. Again I found Amy very helpful and very easy to work with and she excelled with her Realtor Services.

Amy was great! She showed me all kinds of houses until I could figure out what really works for me. Most of the time I was working so she made it pretty painless. Which was a blessing. Still can’t thank her enough. Love the new house. Thx again Sincerely, Ryan Underwood
