Being from Massachusetts, we knew nothing about Florida living or homes. Tammy asked all the right questions and she began her quest to find us our first home. We were still living in Mass. but she would send us info and photos. She knew exactly what we were looking for. When we finally met Tammy, we were not disappointed. She is professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She and her husband are now very good friends of ours.

Tammy helped us purchase our vacation home in Venice, Florida. We were living in New York at the time, so Tammy's help was amazing. She even toured homes we were interested in and filmed them for us, when we couldn't make a trip down to see them ourselves! She was always upbeat and helpful, and gave good advice.

She knows her stuff and makes the house-hunting process a joy rather than a frustration! Our "hunt" was a fairly lengthy one due to our schedule... and Tammy persevered and together we finally found our perfect home!
