She was amazing. She sold out home in two weeks after we had been with another realtor for 90 days. She is a true professional and very detail oriented. Noel is completely honest and will tell you what you may or may not want to hear but if you want to sell your house- listen to her. I should have hired her as my first realtor and I would have sold my house so much quicker. If you want to sell your home this is the right realtor to have. I can't say enough but thank you Noel

As a real estate agent whose goal is to provide the best service to her customers I would rate Noel Morton as excellent. From the time I made the call to meet with Noel to the day of my closing, Noel kept me informed of the process as well as all activities that involved my property, both pro and con She was vigilant in showing my place through various open houses as well as providing individuals access to viewing it when arrangements were made. . Her goal was the same as mine - to get the best price for my house. At all times, Noel was professional and in constant communication with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The decision to sell my first home was one of the biggest decisions I have ever made. I'm so fortunate to have met Noel and worked with her. Her kindness, knowledge, and compassion shared with me during the sale of my first home made it a wonderful experience. The days leading to my closing were stressful but Noel took so much of that off of me and I am very grateful for the experience.

Noel goes over and above in every way possible! I wouldn't have sold my house or bought my new condo without the advice she had to give. I had been talking about selling for two years and had shared this info with many. When I shared this with Noel she came to my office the next day with loads of current information and took me by the hand and said lets go take a look... I'm ecstatic, thank you Noel for the gentle-encouraging and necessary nudge! I LOVE it!

5 stars may in fact understate the extraordinary nature of service and professionalism that Noel provided us in helping to navigate the purchase of a second residence in the Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch area. Based on some prior experience in years past with realtors and the general (presumed) responsibility for them to represent the interests of their client at the expense of potential buyers, I had some reservations in not seeking representation in dealing with the risk of "caveat emptor." Noel assured me from the outset that she would act fairly in behalf of both parties to "represent the transaction" without bias or behavior that might be in conflict with myself or the seller. She answered EVERY concern in a most forthright manner and with a degree of integrity that inspired a high level on confidence that she could tangibly manage full disclosure fairly and accurately. After some 35 odd years in business, I can reasonably state that individuals, such as Noel, working at the professional caliber of inscrutable integrity, focus, diligence, and character are the exception and I regard her as among the best to have crossed my path regardless of profession, ply, craft, or trade. If you are a potential seller, she inspires confidence in buyers to purchase your property, if you are a prospective buyer for one of her listings, you have absolutely no need to seek a buyers agent or representation so long as you have some basic level of understanding/intellect. Thank you Noel for your extraordinary commitment, professionalism, and diligence in making our dream of a second home in FL come true.
