About a year ago, my partner and I considered listing our investment property for sale. After consulting with three realtors we decided not to put it on the market. At the time there were other similar units listed for sale. Tom called us back in July to let us know that the other units had sold and he had an interested buyer. We were able to work out an agreeable deal. Tom did a fantastic job keeping everything moving forward. I would rate him A+ on his knowledge, communications and professionalism. We have bought and sold many houses and have a lot of experience with realtors. I could tell you some horror stories but I won’t .Mr. Cinquegrano is the first realtor to make everything go smooth and quick. He took care of everything starting with the meeting before we listed the property to signing the documents.The sale was so smooth no issues that we needed to bother with. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends. He is definitely a top notch realtor.

Tom did a great job getting my property sold almost instantly and twice! I would use him again in a heartbeat. He used his connections skillfully and persisted until we had a deal and a closing. Tom has been our realtor in 3 transactions in recent years. You cannot find a more knowledgeable and personable person than Tom. If you have a question about a situation, Tom either has the answer or knows who to go to to find the answer. He knows many reliable service people in the area and and can give you a list to choose from. When he says he'll get the job done, he does it and does it right the first time around. There is no one, no one that could have done the fantastic job that Tom did. he even at the end drove an hour just to pick up the closing papers. Knowledgeable , easy to deal with , and knows everyone . He will sell your condo!!
