Lin and Maurice, helped my daughter and her family relocate from Atlanta to Siesta Key, Florida in 2008. I lived in Atlanta at the time and was selling real estate, but Lin and Maurice were here to help my family with their smooth transition to Florida. After I relocated to Sarasota, I had the privilege of working as a REALTOR with Team Dunn from July 2017-March 2020. I had enough real estate experience to be dangerous. Today I'm with a different real estate brokerage, but looking back on my time with them, I'm so thankful for the things they taught me. I give Lin Dunn 6 stars. He is the third realtor I have worked with in a short time- I am not demanding but do have expectations. Lin exceeds them all. He listened to my requirements & put together a list that checked each box. I give him a 100% recommendation.

Maurice and Lin are the best real estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Having been an agent myself in Sarasota, and having dealt with many other agents in the area, I truly feel Maurice and Lin are the cream of the crop and second to none. Their communication, attention to detail and overall care of our listing made us feel like family not just a client. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10!!

We had an excellent experience working with Maurice Menager and Lin Dunn. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding the current market conditions and on top pf all potential issues. Team Dunn goes above and beyond with their services adding extra value for sellers. In our condo, they helped us figure out small fixes to present the property better and liaised with the condo board for us. We were in the stressful process of relocating out of state and they did everything they could to make our sale process smooth for us. We are very grateful for their expertise and high service level. We will use them again in the future.

Five Stars does'nt begin to express the level of professionalism, care & experience Maurice has. From the very beginning of our experience with him we have felt at ease knowing that we are being treated & handle by a caring professional who we can trust. The ordeal of moving is stressful enough, but it sure is nice knowing that on the other side of the coin,.......the sale & purchase of our home, is being handle by people who know what they are doing & care.
