It is a pleasure to give Leah Secondo my highest recommendation. I have worked with or observed many real estate agents over the years and find Leah to be the hardest working, most knowledgeable, and most professional of all the agents. It was exceptionally helpful to have an involved agent who was able to make reasonable suggestions for necessary tasks to be done before selling. Leah made a close realistic target date for getting the house on the market and met that target. She saved us many times with professional workers who did a fantastic job on short notice. Adding to the complication was that there were four sellers who were from out of town. But that was not a problem for her. She even used her personal time to fill in for us when we were all out of town. It was very pleasing to be kept informed quickly after every task was completed by text, email, and phone. Leah's knowledge of the area and market was exceptional which helped us get very close to our asking price. And her presentation of the house was very professional and complete from listings to open houses. The photos and online presentation even included drone pictures of the property. As a final note to her professionalism, even after the closing , she has worked with the new owners and us to share information about the house. Leah was one of several well-qualified real estate professionals that I personally met with prior to my co-sellers (four of us) and I selecting her as the listing agent. Her extensive experience selling in the Glenn Lakes subdivision was a definite plus. I especially appreciated her "walkabout" of the interior and exterior at our initial meeting, during which she made a detailed list of essential repairs and suggested replacements. Frankly I was surprised that she gave me that list, suggesting I follow it whether she was selected or not. I was initially resistant to a few of her suggestions for what would be an "as is" sale of a 23 year old home in excellent condition, but came to see that her advice was "spot on" every time! When I felt unprepared to arrange for some of the "fixes" suggested, she knew who to call for prompt and competent work and even met me at stores to select a few upgrades. Leah arranged for photos and videos to showcase the home that were outstanding, including aerial ones taken with a drone. We were able to get the home on the market very quickly, with the initial (and accepted) offer made within 24 hours! Leah continued to help during the nearly two months before closing, by frequently checking on the empty home and meeting with service providers when I could not be there (all sellers in this estate situation live in different cities more than 1,000 miles away). Furthermore, there was never a time in which Leah did not promptly respond to every text or email. Leah is truly a hard-working professional who is passionate about what she does!

Leah has helped me get my home staged for the first showings and had an offer for me within hours of being listed. I was shopping at Costco when she called with the offer and I was able to do the signing online while sitting in Costco's furniture department. Never thought I'd be selling my home while shopping for paper towels. The inspection showed numerous small problems that she helped me arrange for professionals to fix to the satisfaction of the buyer. She was at the house instructing the shrub trimmer guy in just what was needed. She has been helpful in each step of the way so far and I expect everything to go smoothly at the closing because of her attention to detail.

Leah has a great personality and is easy going with no pressures. She is very informative in the different communities that we were interested in. For anyone during the process of selling a home and finding / buying a new one, it is stressful and chaotic at times. Leah did everything I would have wanted in keeping the best options / interests clear and up front to us. Not only after the deals were approved but worked even harder to make sure everything stayed on point. “Nothing is final until the ink is dry” and she made sure we got all the way “Home”! Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else helping us through this process. Thank you again!
