My wife and I have purchased many properties over the last 30 years, including properties in Bradenton, St. Pete Beach, Tampa, Longboat Key, Key West, and St. Maarten. We have worked with many real estate agents on these transactions. Barbara is far and above the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. Barbara was courteous, on-time, extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, professional, and reliable. She was also very flexible about meeting us on short notice to view condos and she was very patient with us as she showed us many, many condos. Her creative skills enabled us to purchase a condo exactly where we wanted to buy as a result of her idea to do a mass mailing to all owners of the condo development where we wanted to buy. Barbara did a fantastic job helping us find our new home in Lakewood Ranch. We had been working with her coworker and found a house when he was out of town. Barbara stepped in and from the showing worked diligently with us to get a signed contract and close the deal. She is very well networked and had various businesses immediately reach out and work with us to enable a very quick close. We would highly recommend Barbara for your moving and relocation needs. Barbara Millan is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright-no games. We felt lucky to find Barbara. Wow! made buying a house such a breeze. Home buying can be traumatic and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Barbara was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way. Barbara is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. Barbara explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the inspectors including the title company. This made it really easy to move into in less than 3 months.
