My husband Gregg and I just wanted to share how much we appreciate the service we received from Ms. Amy Chapman on our recent sale of our home and then purchase of a villa. From the first meeting with her, we sensed her competency and excellent service skills.Amy listened to our concerns and needs as she very professionally guided us through the process. She gave excellent advice on what to remodel and how to stage our home. We believe her support helped to sell our home in one day for a great contract price! It amazed me how quickly she responded to any questions we had via phone or email. I teased her several times that just because I am a night owl and send late night emails, I didn’t expect an answer until the next day or so. But Amy’s style is to provide quick customer service and she always responded promptly. Amy truly had our interests at heart during the contract negotiations and walk-thru. We highly recommend her.

EXCELLENT RATING: My husband and I can't say enough about Amy. Her professionalism, excellent customer service and knowledge of the real estate world of preparing a home for sale, analyzing the market value of your home, working with you to set the sales price, scheduling showings, assisting with a contract and then ensuring your requirements where met at closing. She attended all showings and inspections. During our closing, Amy asked poignant questions to ensure we understood the process and felt comfortable with the sale. Amy also represented us with the villa sales office for our purchase of a new villa. We were so impressed that although the villa was not a Michael Saunder's property she still gave us 100%. During the contract negotiation and walk-thru of the villa, she provided excellent comments and also ensured the things that needed correction in the villa where noted. During this entire process, she called or emailed us on every step during our journey. Amy truly made us feel secure in having her represent us. She is a delightful person to work with, she will listen to your needs and we highly recommend her.

Amy is an outstanding broker. Before we have even met , way before the sale of course, she has done all the research for HOA rules of places I like for HUD loans. Without such , the sale cannot happen. As many places I tell her I have found , or listings she finds , all the required work is done in advance. Many other agents failed at the first meeting.

In January 2016 my mother passed away in Sarasota, Florida, I was living in Rochester, NY and was made the executor of her estate and was given the task of selling her home. Not being familiar with the Sarasota housing market I was referred to Amy by a family friend (also a realtor) as a good realtor for this market. After Amy and I spoke on the phone she completed an extensive market analysis showing the comparable properties and prices in the area of my mother’s home. She also recommended the best price to sell the home in a timely manner. Amy handled everything from listing to closing and made the process go so smoothly! Throughout the selling process Amy was an invaluable resource for me every step of the way. She was always there to answer my questions and help get the property sold. She also performed an extensive marketing campaign to show the home to the widest audience. I was very impressed with her professionalism and would not hesitate for a moment to refer anyone I know to her in both selling and buying capacities. Amy is a knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant person, all extremely important attributes in her profession. If I ever have the opportunity to either buy or sell a house in the Sarasota area she will again be the first one who comes to mind.
