Stacy Haas not only met all of our expectations as a realtor, she exceeded them. She is a true professional at every step of the process. Most real estate deals are not seamless and there will always be wrinkles in the process and the realtor needs to be able to adapt. In my opinion, adaptability is what differentiates a good realtor from an exceptional realtor and Stacy is an exceptional realtor that can adapt to any situation. She is always positive but is also very “matter of fact” in the way she communicates—she promptly responds to all requests and will tell you like it is and as a buyer or seller that is exactly what you want. She has a “can do” attitude and has great problem-solving and negotiation skills—she’s the best I’ve seen at this. It doesn’t matter if it’s a multi-millionaire dollar deal or a deal in the hundreds of thousands, she provides the same high-level of service in any case. I have already recommended Stacy to others and will continue to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home—she’s the best at what she does and she also happens to work for Michael Saunders which is the best realty company that I have ever experienced.
