My husband and I relocated to the Sarasota area in July 2016. Fortunately we met Mary Jo Violett and decided to use her as our real estate agent. She is a true professional, paying close attention to our expectations as well as cost. Given we were unfamiliar with the area, she was well-versed in what the areas had to offer. My husband is a retired military officer of 32 years active duty, he expected 100% effort in locating the right retirement home, which she was able to deliver. Mary Jo explained the differences in the Florida real estate market since we were not familiar with facets of this market. Her knowledge and patience were above and beyond what we could have possibly expected. She accompanied us through the entire process of purchasing a new home. Despite the stress of moving to a new area, she made it quite painless. Would not use any other real estate agent, she is the epitome of a true professional!

Working with Mary Jo was a true pleasure. She made the daunting process of selling our house so painless and easy! She kept us apprised of everything we needed to do in plenty of time to do it. We were never in doubt of what the next step would be. Mary Jo managed to walk the fine line between being thorough and conscientious, without ever being overly intrusive. In addition, she was very pleasant to be around.

I am pleased to comment on the exceptional work done by Mary Jo Violett on my behalf in the sale of my condo. I was very pessimistic about my chances of realizing a fair price. Mary Jo was always optimistic and encouraging, which kept my spirits up and she was right! Within 6 months she had obtained a buyer at a price beyond my expectations. It was a complicated sale and transaction, in that the property was in a testamentary trust but that didn't faze her. Mary Jo Violett is such a capable, knowledgeable and caring lady.
