RI needs more real estate agents like Tom with empathy, compassion, patience, and a great personality to buyers especially those out of state like myself. He is a true professional, second to none. Tom is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of buying and was with me every step of the way both in buying here in Sarasota; also was very instrumental in the selling of my home up North. Tom did an outstanding job in selling my unit at the Resort at Longboat Key. He was extremely conscientious, honest. forthright and responsible in his approach and in his dealings with both myself and the buyers. I would highly recommend Tom and would definitely use him again.

Tom and his team are amazing. Over the last 5 years we have listed two properties for sale and both sold withing 2 weeks at or over our asking price. He took time to understand the property being sold, pointed out the strengths of these properties. He was responsive and dependable on all aspects of the transactions. Tom is five star all the way. His interest was in helping me find the house that was right for me. Once found, he continued to assist in helping get the inspection, etc. Tom is 100% professional. He helps in every way to make the formal process of buying a home a pleasant experience rather than a legal nightmare.
