Maureen Horn’s expertise and negotiating skills enabled me to purchase my condo in the downtown bay front area of Sarasota and to keep within my strictly capped budget. Maureen is the reason I was able to seal the deal on my purchase. I would still be “homeless” if it were not for Maureen.

Maureen Horn was exceptional in helping me close the deal on a wonderful property at the Longboat Key Club. She persevered and was not discouraged. She was available and kept excellent communication with me during the entire process. I was well informed throughout. It only happens on rare occasions that one has the opportunity to meet and work with the best real estate agents as in Maureen and Steve Horn . We have worked with many agents over the last 25 years, but none have come close to the skill set which they possess. Maureen is extremely intelligent and has the gift of judging one's personality.
