We have worked with Karen since Dec 2014 seeking our retirement home in Punta Gorda. Karen in every way met and exceeded our goals and expectations. Rating is excellent as the experience was awesome. Karen was so knowledgeable on the Port Charlotte area and very accommodating to our needs. We were new to the real estate market in the U.S. and Karen made it seamless. We haven't closed yet but we don't expect any issues. We don't think it is possible to have had a more friendly agent.
