I've known Tom for 25 years! In fact, Tom was my baseball coach growing up. My wife and I were looking for an investment property that we could also use as a vacation home so Tom found us an amazing condo at the Longboat Key Club. Tom did a lot of work for us since we live in Texas and couldn't get to the condo and treated me like I was his son. He not only got us a great condo/investment property but he got us a great deal. I'm looking forward to visiting Sarasota more often and spending some time with Tom and his wonderful family.

Tom was very helpful on finding a beautiful home that is located over 1000 miles from where we have resided since birth. He showed us several homes in different communities per my request, but after we actually spent some time together he was able to zero in on what we wanted. Beyond locating an appropriate home for us, Tom took it upon himself to make sure all inspections were properly taken care of by being totally involved during the entire searching, purchasing to closing process. Not being local it really meant allot to me what Tom did for us. Unfortunately; for Tom he will be the only available for the next moth to help lift heavy packages.

The purchase of my condo was made so much more enjoyable because of Tom being with me every step. He instructed, assisted, and even met us at the closing. I hope if I am ever able to purchase another condominium Tom Cinquegrano is still selling.

I am moving to Florida from my home state of TN. I am sure the readers of this will not understand what a glowing review this is, or maybe want believe it. I was a Realtor/Broker for over 20 years in TN and have dealt with a vast variety of real estate (so called) professionals. I also am a very critical preson (difficult to please). I feel certain I would still be in the real estate business if I had only a few agents like Tom Cinquegrano or even competitors like him. Real estate is a tough business. You must deal with multiple personality types. Everyone thinks all you do is put a property in MLS, wait for offers and rake in the money. Not so. Tom is a pleasure to work with, was patient, extremely knowledgable of the area, understood property values, listened to both myself and my wife of our wants and needs and assisted us throughout the closing porcess. Though we live in TN, we have a condo in the Bradenton area and Tom will be the only agent we consider in listing it. I will and have recommended Tom to others for their real estate needs. If you are smart you will call him also Thanks Tom for a job well done. I feel I have a new friend I can call on if needed. Don't forget me in baseball pre-season next year ;-)

Tom is the best man for the job. At the very beginning he told us what to expect in our selling process, and it all unfolded like he said it would. He maximized the value of our property based on certain features and represented us well when it came down to the wire with a quirky buyer. Thanks Tom!
