We especially liked that there is one model with a lot of upgrades, and one with very few upgrades, so we could understand the basics and what was available as options. Such a lovely development with superior home plans. The service was attentive and questions were answered honestly. The sales and management people were easy going yet efficient. Nice buying experience.

I visited the Hammocks at Cape Haze last spring in anticipation of my retirement and found it to be everything I was looking for in a place to live. Mr. Litton was very helpful and provided me with all the information needed to make an informed decision on my relocation. He recently provided me with information that I hope will allow me to make the transition to Florida and the Hammocks.
