We were referred to Alison from one of our neighbors and our experience selling our house could not have been any better. Alison is super responsive, very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the process. We had moved out of the state and were able to do everything seamlessly. Alison took care of any on-site needs and helped us establish a sales price that ended up being exactly where it needed to be. The photography and marketing piece that she put together showcased all of the best qualities of the property and definitely helped increase its value. Alison was always available by cell phone and even accessible when she had an overseas trip scheduled. She had a colleague available to assist, but amazingly we heard directly from her despite timezone differences. We can’t say enough good things and would use her again in a heartbeat. Alison was professional, warm, and extremely thorough in helping us find our new home in Sarasota. In reviewing neighborhoods and “sample” houses, she quickly and accurately determined our tastes. When we were able to see houses in person, her comments and evaluations were extremely helpful. When it came time to make an offer and complete the transaction, we are convinced that it was Alison’s negotiating skills and her overall respectful, professional, and kind manner that ultimately made the transaction a success. Her follow-through continued even after the close. We feel that Alison truly had our best interests at heart and did not waver in representing us! Alison is wonderful, she sold me my condo on Siesta Key in 2009 and we have been in touch since. She helped me when I was deciding on whether to move to a condo in downtown Sarasota, or a community such as Sunrise Preserve or to a home not affiliated with an HOA. She has been patient since it was a few years before I retired that I started my search. I always recommend her to family and friends who are house hunting. Alison is patient and listens to the customer, she adapts her style to the customer's style so I felt very comfortable taking her advice since I knew she had my best interest at heart. I lived in the NY and NJ area all my life and have had realtors who just didn't listen and that is the worst because I felt they just wanted their commission and didn't care if I were happy or not. Alison is the antithesis of this type of realtor, she really does care. Home buying, as you well know, is about the biggest purchase a person/family can make and it is not easy. Alison helped relieve the stress of this life-changing decision, especially since I was relocating from NJ to Sarasota. I have found a great realtor and a good friend and you should know how great she is.

In looking for a home, not just a house, Alison Elizalde out-performed! She was not only a delight to work with, and continues to help me, but is the ultimate professional. Alison was patient, kind, and extremely thorough. She made me look just beyond each and every one of my parameters to NAIL the ideal home for me! When I got antsy or anxious, she calmed me down (I needed it!), and reassured me that the perfect home would show up very soon. I come from a Realtor’s family and probably know just enough to be dangerous (did my own research, as well, but Alison was always a step ahead of me). I highly recommend Alison to anyone who wants a crackerjack, as well as a polished, experienced, knowledgeable Realtor.
