Michael, It is with much gratitude and satisfaction that I take the time to share with you our most positive real estate buying experience ever. We had the great fortune of working with Angela Adams this summer to acquire a second home. As you know, this hot real estate market offered several challenges: drastically rising costs, rapidly moving inventory, and competitive bidding. We had three adult stakeholders involved in the purchase of this home, so those three (sometimes dissenting) opinions added another layer of mayhem. But Angela overcame these challenges with grace and hard work. Her expertise and perseverance gave us comfort through the whole buying process. We recently purchased a house in Sarasota through one of your agents, Angela Adams. Angela consistently went above and beyond. And this was true at all phases – before, during, and after the sale. There are so many examples of this, I really wouldn’t know where to begin. I worked with Angela Adams, and I want to express how truly amazing she was to work with. I was going through a lot of transition in my life at the time, and subsequently a lot of stress, and Angela was truly a God send, as she completely took over everything that needed to be done in regards to selling my house, and I didn't have to lift a finger. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, responsive, attentive, detail oriented, pro-active... the list goes on and on. And above all, she was extremely kind and a pleasure to work with. I'm confident my house would not have sold as quickly as it did if I had used a different agent and company. I can't thank Angela enough, and I will surely be recommending her to any friends in need of an agent.

Angela essentially had the challenge of guiding three parties (ex-wife, myself, buyers) through a transaction at a time when elements of uncertainty were growing in the market. Angela always kept all parties informed, priced the listing accurately, fielded an offer from the right buyer and grew the deal appropriately -- reflecting the interests of all parties. She was sensitive to -- and managed -- emotions on both sides of the transaction, was direct, and told the truths both sides needed to hear. I don't believe anyone else could have pulled off what Angela did in that period of time given the parties involved. You have a superstar on your hands that has unsurpassed market expertise and the ability to understand and communicate with people making monumental decisions in their lives. I am very thankful for Angela and view Michael Saunders as the standard because of Angela.

Angela helped me purchase my first home and by myself! She made me feel very confident in my decision and only showed me homes that were in my best interest. Angela not only made my experience extremely enjoyable but she also educated me about the homebuying process along the way. She made me feel as if I was a family member of hers and only showed me places as if were her own family moving in to the home. She is very sharp and knowledgeable; from everything about the home's integrity, the pricing, approximate cost to do improvements, commute times, crime rates, and about the local area - all of this made me confident I was making a good choice. She also maintains communication with me since I have closed on the home to ensure I have everything I need and am feeling settled in. Your entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. When we first saw the property come on the market, we initially called our local realtor, Jeff Bodeau, located right here in Glastonbury, CT to get things started. Jeff immediately took the ball and hooked us up with the MS LBK group and your people went to work right away. They worked tirelessly on a weekend to take care of every little detail and they were always available. We first spoke with Carol Cohen and I quickly got the impression that this was a seasoned professional with years of experience. She patiently worked with us and outlined all the initial steps in an understanding and caring way. She turned over the project to Angela Adams. OMG, what a dedicated dynamo! She worked long hours and was always a text or phone call away. I sensed a genuine concern for our cause in working with her and many times, my wife and I would just look at each other after a call and say to each other, "Can you believe that woman?". I didn't have the chance to meet Gail Wittig but she did a meticulous live video of the unit for us which helped us in our decision to purchase this unit. We are absolutely "blown away" by the level of service we received. In speaking to other owners at Harbor Villa Club, this seems to be "par for the course" for your company. Your reputation precedes you.
