I’ll be honest, I was pretty hesitant going into this. I’ve dealt with enough people who come in with high-pressure sales tactics and a lot of fluff, so I was expecting more of the same. Anthony completely changed that for me right out of the gate. He came in with an actual strategy, walked me through everything in a way that made sense, and never once made me feel pressured. That alone immediately put me at ease. We listed on a Thursday and had an open house scheduled for that weekend. Before we even made it to the open house, we were already getting calls, private showings, and multiple offers. The house was only on the market for 4 days before I accepted the highest and best offer… which ended up being $10K over asking. That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s strategy. He’s professional, responsive, and clearly knows what he’s doing. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t be. He’s the real deal.
