Good realtors are hard to find. After we fired our "list and run" realtor, we took a little break. In the meantime, we were flooded with solicitations from realtors. Bob stood out to us, we decided to meet with him. We listed with him. This is what we were pleased to learn about Bob. Bob listens, and has years of experience with fair suggestions. When he promises to do something, he does it. When you have a question, no matter what is is, he answers in a very timely manner ... usually within minutes. Bob is honest, has integrity, truly cares, and delivers. He sold our home within two and a half weeks. (To a really great guy!) We didn't fuss with an open house, and we had seven showings on the first day of our home being listed. Selling your home is a BIG DEAL! And Bob gets it.

Bob, was the most professional salesman my wife and I have ever used to sell and buy two homes in Port Charlotte and Arcadia Florida. We fired our first real estate agent in Punta Gorda that never showed our gorgeous home in 6 months after listing .....that had plastered his face on billboards all over Port Charlotte, Florida. Bob, had a marketing plan , we established a price a $100,000 over local comps . He’s first buyer fly in from Lexington, Kentucky and bought it will all furnishings.. Two years later Bob sold our second home to first buyers and again negotiated most of the furnishings again. This home again reset the comps on $485K dollar homes in that area that were selling for $385K . Great great real estate agent you can trust.

Laurie and I Really depended upon Bob During the sale of our home in Englewood. We had moved to New Mexico shortly after listing our home and were not able to help with the sale of the house at all. As it turned out Bob did not need any help from us. Any problems that came up, (and there will always be a problem or two) Bob was on top of it and took care of them and got the sale completed. I would just like to tell you how wonderful Bob Laurence and his wife Cindy were to me throughout the entire process of selling my home in April, 2018. I had been with another realty company for 4 months with hardly any activity at all, very disappointing. When that contract was up, Bob and Cindy actually came to my home to talk with me about listing with them. I knew right away that they were the right people for the job, very informative and friendly, as well. They had it listed about a week, when all of a sudden I had all these people interested in seeing my home and less than a month later I had an offer that, with Bob's help and guidance, I accepted. They are a huge asset to your Company and you need to know that. I could not have a better experience.

How do you navigate this labyrinth and find a realtor than can actually deliver results? For me – I just got lucky. Bob was very gracious and genuine on the phone and I agreed to have him come to my home. I was particularly pleased when Bob said he was bringing his wife Penny along. Bob and Penny arrived exactly on time, went through a very professional presentation to show me their marketing approach, and made me feel that I was in good hands. They did not promise to sell my house in X weeks, but said they would work very hard to bring me buyers and were confident that I would be pleased with the outcome. And that they did. I signed up with Bob at the end of March 2017 and by late June I had a solid offer that resulted in the sale at more than 95% of the asking price. I truly feel that Bob was the key to making this happen. If you are serious about selling your home, I highly recommend that you work with Bob Lorence. I truly want you to have the same positive experience I did. There is no sure thing in Real Estate, but working with Bob and Penny will certainly stack the deck in your favor and they will not waste your time with unqualified buyers.
