Professionalism was at its best as the property was sold within six days for the asking price! Equally important, if not more so, several small problems never became Big Problems.Communications were excellent, appointments were kept, and hands held while keeping the process on track. A special Well Done to Heidi who accomplished this while receiving treatment for cancer.We are all very fortunate to have benefited from Team Camille!

I don’t think I can adequately express the deep gratitude I have for Camille and her commitment to making our home buying experience stress free. After several failed attempts with another realtor to purchase and close on a home in Longboat Key Camille came to our rescue. I had previously contacted her about another property and liked her professional approach. I decided to reach out to her when I saw a property that might work for us. The market has been very competitive there and I needed to get her in to see it quickly. She promptly made an appointment and video toured it with me. Within just a few days and on Christmas Eve Camille achieved our dream of owning a home on the Florida gulf coast! Talk about exceeding expectations... Camille Buck supported me through every step of my "four-year journey" to find the ultimate new 'home' in Florida. She came highly recommended from a friend of mine, Michelle Monsein (a Tampa realtor) when my search stated in 2018 in the Sarasota area. She listened to me, did not pressure me to look at any places that didn't make my criteria list, was patient (Oh was she patient!), informative (she knew all of the rental laws which could change from town to town), and I always, always felt that she protected me and had my best interests at heart. Having made no decision to buy in the first or the second year, I reached out again in the fourth year, with an interest in the Englewood area - more or less out of her immediate area of coverage - and she was happy to help. She remembered me, she collected information for me, and when I finally decided to take the big dive into ownership, she made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. She even remembered that Michelle had recommended her four years earlier and provided her with a referral fee after closing. And she did all of this over four long, indecisive (but eventually decisive!) years, with a light hearted, easy-going approach, and the most genuine of smiles. I feel fortunate to have met Camille and to have had her as my agent, my confidant, and as a new friend in Florida. I would recommend Camille Buck's services with the utmost sincerity.
