I just wanted to drop you a note regarding my favorite realtor, Cheryl Roberts. She is the best and most professional realtor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She just sold my $5,350,000 river front home on a one time showing agreement before it was ever listed. The buyer was well qualified and the transaction closed on time with absolutely no issues. This was my third deal with Cheryl in the last year. She also sold my two condos on Longboat Key at an unbelievable price in a matter of days to all cash buyers and fast closes.In total, Cheryl has been my realtor on twelve properties in recent years. I have never had any problems on these deals and I have enjoyed working with her. She is a very professional realtor with a great attitude and wonderful sense of humor. It has been a pleasure. My wife and I were moving to the area looking for a unicorn. We wanted a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an in ground pool, 2 car garage, a boat dock on the river, an in ground irrigation system and no HOA fees. Cheryl showed us one home and we have been living the dream ever since.

“Strongly recommend!” A neighbor suggested we ask Cheryl to represent us in the sale of our Bradenton condo, and we were absolutely thrilled with the level of service and attention we received. Cheryl offered informed and thoughtful advice on the state of the market and competently steered us through the entire sale process—from staging to contract. Throughout she was reliable, responsive, confidence-inspiring, empathetic and unfailingly pleasant. We will forever be grateful for the help Cheryl provided in readying our home for sale. One episode in particular stood out for us. As we were preparing to list, we discovered an issue that required repair. Cheryl immediately sprung into action: she provided us with names of contractors who could help, she ensured they were able to enter the condo; and she kept us apprised of the progress. We have had our share of disappointing experiences with realtors, but are happy to say our experience with Cheryl was the opposite. We can heartily and without reservation recommend her.
