Chloe Yacyk took over as our primary contact and selling agent from another Michael Saunders agent shortly after the house was placed on the market in May 2025. She had to contend with a falling market, unoccupied property, and sellers living in another country, unfamiliar with USA selling (and buying) processes. She was presented with significant time zone, communication, and logistical difficulties. Nevertheless, Chloe succeeded in securing a good price for the sale and oversaw the selling processes successfully to their conclusion in September 2026. Over the selling period Chloe was professional competent and capable at all times. She managed Open House events, presentation and marketing, as well as formal processes, with efficiency and effectiveness. Her attitude throughout was always personable, supportive and well informed. Her advice on pricing changes, house presentation and communication was well grounded and secure. We remained confident in her proposals and suggestions throughout. Although acting for non-resident, non-USA, sellers presented new challenges, and sometimes familiar processes were not suitable, Chloe learned quickly what was needed, gained appropriate advice and supported our direct communication (e.g. with buyers’ solicitors and others) as necessary to effect the sale. Importantly for us as non-resident sellers, Chloe was prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure all was safe, secure and well presented on our behalf. Simple actions that we were unable to take remotely Chloe undertook readily and capably on our behalf. Clearly Chloe is an asset to the organisation, and we remain very grateful for her support and delighted to have had the chance to meet her in person, close to the closing date.
