Once we decided to purchase a home on Anna Maria Island, we searched for a real estate agent partner that has familiarity with exclusive homes and knows the market. Hannah’s experience stood out. During our first phone call, it was clear why people enjoy working with Hannah so much. She is an absolute professional. When we arrived in Anna Maria, Hannah had made all of the arrangements to view homes, as would be expected. But, as we traveled from home to home, she had researched every home to the smallest details. As we looked at numerous beautiful homes, she provided great counsel considering important factors for enjoyment, investment and location. She was able to present positives and negatives of every house, many that were not obvious on the surface. As we traveled around the island, Hannah clearly knows the market. She knew trends in the market, and what areas maintain value the best. After selecting a house, Hannah took the lead and guided us through negotiation with a great result. After the purchase was completed, Hannah was able to put us in touch with vendors around the island in different trades that are also very professional. It should be noted, that when we worked with Hannah, we got the bonus of working with George. He brings the same professionalism, with a little different perspective, which was great. Hannah was a joy to work with, she acted as our buyer's agent and came very well recommended. Hannah, listened and understood the type of property we were looking for. She helped us achieve a deal despite a large gap between buyer and seller. Hannah is professional, diligent, communicates extremely well and went above and beyond any other residential realtor I have worked with. Hannah was amazing to work with! She genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for you. She was very patient with us showing us numerous listings on multiple occasions. We were purchasing from out of state and she went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress free. Her communication was excellent. She was knowledgeable, organized, efficient, honest, and quick to respond. She was there when we couldn’t be and we fully trusted her to act on our behalf when it was needed. She has a great network of professionals to utilize which made things much easier for us being out of state. As a bonus, we got to know her husband George (also a realtor) and his perspective was very helpful. He also went above and beyond. We appreciate them both immensely.
