We had our Condo on the market for a little over a year with another realtor, who could not figure out why our unit had not sold. At our very first meeting (prior to having our listing), Gail Wittig came into our Condo and within seconds made an observation (that our unit appeared dark) and a suggestion (paint it a lighter, brighter color). We appreciated her candor and her experience prior to our listing with her. She was just as good after we listed. Her team, particularly Barbara Milian was great. They went above & beyond to make the process from pictures to closing go as smoothly as possible. After over a year on the market, we were so very happy to sell within a short period of time with the Addy & Wittig team.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism of Gail, Ian and their amazing support team. I am an agent here in CA, so my expectations were quite high. I worked primarily with Gail, who felt like a friend by the time our escrow was complete. We had a few offers in the beginning that were just too low and she stepped up with a portion of her commission to pull it together. Fortunately, in the end, that was not necessary, but it spoke volumes to me about her commitment to getting my condo sold. Throughout the negotiations she kept me in the loop and shared her knowledge around current market conditions. I am from Sarasota, still have family in the area and attended Cardinal Mooney High School, so I am so hopeful that I will have the opportunity to refer Gail and Ian to others! Regarding Barbara Milian, I WISH I could clone her for CA!!! Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, what a great asset to Gail and Ian's team!!! Could not have been more impressed. I was in college in Sarasota when you were just getting your company started but I remembered the impact you made on the community at the time. So earlier this year when I was in the market for a property on Longboat Key, I Googled your name and found your company was still going strong. I found Ian Addy on your website and reached out to him, and he responded immediately. When my wife and I visited in June, Ian patiently guided us to the right decision and then remained calm and thoroughly professional as we encountered several obstacles on the way toward closing. It all worked out though and I would enthusiastically recommend Ian and your company.
