Irene was an excellent agent to work with. Friendly, warm and extremely professional. We happened to spot a home for sale on a street we wanted to live on, but we had no agent working with us at the time. We reached out to Irene directly (she was an agent for the sellers) to schedule a showing for the home. After speaking with her at the showing, we felt very comfortable asking her if she would represent us as well, so she ended up being a transaction agent. After the inspection, some negotiations took place, and Irene handled them expertly and in neutral and unbiased way, representing each side fairly to bring the transaction through a successful closing. We 100% recommend her for anyone’s real estate needs.
