Jennifer Guzik was professional, efficient, and caring while working with us to sell our home. The research she did prior to meeting with us, and continued to do, until the property was sold was impressive. Jennifer went above and beyond to get us ready for photographs. She brought her own items in to make the home more aesthetically appealing. Also kudos to Mary Smedley, who, along with Jennifer, worked vigorously to have the roofing contract we signed after Ian canceled in order for us to be able to sell the house as is. We appreciate Jennifer so much. She did an excellent job in working with us for the sale of our home

Selling a house can be a stressful ordeal. In my case, this was a particularly emotional situation as I was selling due to my mother passing away. Add to that, I live in the northeast and could not easily just drop things to head to Florida to deal with the house. Thank goodness for Jennifer Guzik. She handled every detail and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. It meant so much to me knowing that I had her expertise to lean on. If all of your agents are like Jennifer, then it is easy to see how your company has been so successful. Keep up the great work!

This was our first experience with Michael Saunders & Company and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our primary contact was Jennifer Guzik, our sales associate. Jennifer listed and quickly had a contract on our rental property in Gulf Cove. Jennifer had several obstacles to deal with, as this property was occupied and the tenants produced several conditions that had to be met while showing the house. Jennifer dealt very well with the tenants while standing her ground. She kept us updated on the progress of the showings and offers and she represented us well. We are very pleased with Jennifer and the results she produced for us.

We listed our home with Jennifer‘s help, the day before the 2020 election! Even before the listing, Jennifer was there for us offering suggestions! She was very professional and in a Covid pandemic environment very proper, she was always there when needed!I’m a gatherer, seamstress and quilter. I had gathered a lot! Jennifer was very excellent at letting me know how our home would show the best to prospective buyers! She has a great sense of humor and we laughed a lot together!Jennifer had showings almost every day, many days multiple showings.Jennifer made what could have been a stressful situation a piece of cake!
