We wanted to let you know what a wonderful buying experience we had recently with JoDene Moneuse. We chose Longboat Key for our new winter home, but we weren't sure where to start in buying a condo. When I phoned your offices and explained our search needs, JoDene was the realtor immediately suggested. She provided great guidance through the process (we are new to buying in Florida as well as new to owning a condo). She made sure any properties we wanted to see were ready, and had some great suggestions of condos we may not have considered. We were only in town for a week, and she made us feel like her top priority. She answered every question, set up second showings even when we were supposed to have provided more lead time, and proved to be a great sounding board. And once we made our decision, JoDene really brought value. The negotiations went smoothly and we closed without any issues. We now have an incredible condo on the beach and all of the amenities we had on our wish list. She took an ordinary experience like buying a new property and made it truly extraordinary for us.

I just wanted to pass on a note to say that Jodene and Kelsie were amazing to work with. They sold our home at Islander Club in very short order and did a great job of working the deal all the way through closing. They made sure the buyer was comfortable through the process and helped us avoid any potential pitfalls. We interviewed several high-profile agents from multiple agencies, and they stood out as being prepared, humble, and confident. Others weren't as well prepared and just wanted to throw out a low price to get a commission. The closing process was also super smooth and easy - probably the easiest we have ever experienced. We would definitely use Michael Saunders, Jodene, and Kelsie next time we buy or sell a property!

JoDene made our purchase a wonderful experience. She cleared her schedule to show us around properties for the week we were in town, she showed us condos we were interested in as well as throwing in a few wonderful options. She provided us with all of the information we needed to make a decision, and then gave us the the valuable private time we needed to mull over our choices. She was able to secure us second showings in record time (even when a showing asked for 24 hours advance notice, which we didn't have). We made our choice and she walked us through the offer and negotiations (she is a great negotiator to have on your side!). We were able to secure the property at an amazing value - and she did so many things to be our boots on the ground through the closing while we went back to our state. I am so glad we had a local in our corner to make this purchase - and we are so glad to have found our home in LBK!

I am writing today in praise of the services of realtor JoDene Moneuse who recently sold my home on Longboat Key. From our first meeting I was aware that I was working with a knowledgeable and caring professional that I could trust to represent me and my home. We listed my cottage at 7119 Longboat Dr E, on February 14 and by April 3 we had not only one, but a second back up sales contract. This success was due to JoDene’s suggestions at each decision point and ultimately the need to lower the price to better respond to both potential buyers feedback concerns and the reality of the current market prices. This was not an easy sell as the home sustained extensive hurricane damage and would need a visionary buyer to be successful. JoDene understood this and ultimately found the perfect match. On a personal note, I believe she should also be commended on her compassionate support as she listened to my concerns, responded quickly to text queries and kept me updated each time she had a potential buyer. Ultimately we negotiated the contract while I was on board an Amtrak Autotrain traveling from VA to FL - a communications miracle that occurred somewhere in GA as the train moved south. It is quite a story. In summary, I chose Michael Saunders due to your reputation-and JoDene specifically at a friend’s suggestion. She is an outstanding company representative and I am very pleased with her- and your - services.

I want to express my pleasure and gratitude in working with JoDene Moneuse on the sale of my property. JoDene was recommended to me by a friend who had recently worked with her and bragged about how absolutely wonderful she was in selling her property. As I desired a quick sale, I wanted to make sure I chose a realtor who was professional, understood the market and would advise me on any changes I needed to make to ensure a quick sale at a good price. I chose JoDene after interviewing two other agents and selected her based on her quick assessment (with no holds barred) on what improvements I needed to make to get the best price. One realtor didn't think any improvements were necessary while another suggested more costly improvements. JoDene was right in the middle, but her confidence and immediate feedback on how to effectively market the property sold me on her. I was not disappointed. After following her recommendationsto the letter (down to the color of shower curtain) I was rewarded with 4 offers in the first week! She carefully walked me though the pros and cons of each offer before I chose a buyer. Although the financing fell through on that offer, she was able to go back to those who were previously interested and quickly came back with another great offer. At this point she had earned my complete trust so I felt confident as she steered me through the negotiations to get the exact price I wanted. JoDene (I call her Superstar (2)) understands the market and knows how to sell real estate! On top of that, she's a kind person. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
