Jonnie Dwyer did an outstanding job for me in the purchase of my home. I lived in VA, so Jonnie had to be boots on the ground to meet with handymen and show me the property via Facetime. Buying a home is stressful enough, but buying a home from another state was high stress. Jonnie connected me with her network of mortgage company, title company, etc. She was responsive and gracious throughout the process. Since I moved in, she has also been helpful in providing me with repairmen and tips on how to handle situations here in Sarasota. She is truly a dream to work with from A to Z. When I arrived at the home after a 3-day trip, Jonnie had filled the house with flowers, food (including my son's favorite cookies), the AC was running, and a few lights were on. What a welcome! Linda and I could not be happier with our experience with Jonnie Dwyer. When we chose Del Webb to have our house built, our salesperson Jim Broun gave us Jonnie's name to sell our old house. Jonnie was always checking in with us during the whole process. She always protected us from questionable requests that arose from the buyer. When Linda decided to acquire an attorney, Jonnie sought one out for us and helped with the legal fee... We will ALWAYS AND ONLY tell people to use Michael Saunders & Company and if they're lucky, get Jonnie Dwyer as their agent.

We worked with Jonnie for over two years to find the right home for us, and she showed us the properties we had an interest in from south of Venice to numerous ones in Lakewood Ranch. This was on top of us being 1200 miles away, in the midst of COVID challenges, and in the hottest real estate market in eats so many of the showings were virtual. Jonnie was customer-oriented and amazingly patient throughout and helped us with a variety of offers until the right opportunity presented itself.

I had interviewed a few Realtors that were recommended to me and Jonnie was by far the best! She has great communication skills, listens to her clients, wants them to feel comfortable in their decisions and she is honest. She always would ask, "what can I do for you, or let me know if you need anything." I will always highly recommend Jonnie as a Realtor. My family and their friends had only top reviews.The write up about the home is the best that I have seen. My situation was unique in that I live in South Carolina now and didn’t want to come to Sarasota unless absolutely necessary to facilitate the sale of the home. Jonnie was my eyes and ears and legs. She coordinated the refurbishing of the home and gave me honest opinions about what needed to be done to get ready for the market. I appreciated her advice to wait until the home was perfect before putting it on the market…even though I was chomping at the bit because I was no longer getting rental income. We made a great team because, as a retired Realtor, I knew that pricing the home competitively at the start often saves you money in the long run. Again, as a retired Realtor, I am clear about what to expect from my real estate professional. Jonnie exceeded my expectations in every way. So an experience that could have cost me sleepless nights was actually enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jonnie to anyone needing help with marketing or purchasing a home, particularly in the Lakewood Ranch area.
