Karen Brown is an unbelievable realtor and person! She exceeded our expectations! Her knowledge of the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area was so helpful as we searched for a vacation home. She took the time to support us in every way possible. She spent many, many hours and trips with us as we searched the area for our perfect home. She was patient and provided resources for us to make the right decision. For each day we searched for homes, she created a booklet with every detail and photos of the properties. This was extremely helpful as we went back each night to evaluate all of the houses we looked at that day. Karen even reached out to local roofers, insurance companies, pool and lawn care, electricians, and seawall experts to answer questions about different properties. We were blessed that Jim Smith referred her to us. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for their dream home. Karen was professional with all parties, and was quick, yet thorough to handle all contracts. Her attention to detail was outstanding! Not sure if the stars aligned or Providence shone down on us, but we were beyond fortunate to find and hire Karen to sell our parents' vacation home in Punta Gorda. Karen is the consummate professional--she knows the market and all the INs and OUTs of selling property--but she is also personable, caring, and committed to providing a first-class experience to her clients. Among other things, Karen smartly recommended a listing price range which resulted in maximum gain for our parents; put together a top-notch listing with drone video and photos; helped us find a great estate sale company; worked with a handyman and others to get the house ready; personally returned the cable box equipment; and generally held our hands remotely (we live in Greater Cincinnati) throughout the process. Bottom line: Karen does whatever it takes to help her clients. If possible, we would give Karen more stars than "Excellent" because she deserves nothing less.

I want to send a large shout out to Karen for the excellent efforts she provided for us in the sale and closing of our Punta Gorda home. We feel very fortunate that we had a realtor of her caliber as we listed our house as the Florida market started to slow down. Her marketing of our house was a primary reason for getting the many showings that occurred. Her help in negotiations to seal the sale was invaluable. Once the contract was signed, Karen was always on top of resolving any issues from the inspection to the closing. Her attention to details on every aspect of the sale of our house was impeccable. They say, LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION, when it comes to real estate. Today, there is so much more involved than just location. You need someone who is an authority on the area and Karen Brown is the pinnacle of knowledge and expertise in the SW Florida area. Karen took care of ALL of the little things when buying our new home. Utilities, insurance, appraisers, repair people, even restaurants. We enjoyed working with Karen immensely. Anyone looking to move to the area would be well served to contact Karen and work directly with her. When a friendship evolves from a real estate transaction, that speaks volumes...

Outstanding Agent...got it DONE when others could not ! We had a previous agent market our home for many months and not even any showings.
