We felt very fortunate to have Kathy and Greg handle the sale of our home at 7816 DeSoto Memorial Highway. They were very professional, and they were also very reassuring and helped us remain positive through the whole experience. Whenever we would start to fret, they would make very sensible comments and ease our concerns. They also were very economical in their approach, advising us against spending money unnecessarily. Their many years of experience in the Bradenton market was also a big plus. We would recommend them without reservation.

Kathy and Greg did an excellent job representing us during the sale of our condo. Whenever Greg helped me, he was very attentive and professional. I dealt mostly with Kathy though. As I live in the Midwest, I wasn't sure how this process would work. Kathy went above and beyond a normal sale considering my circumstances of living remotely. She inspected the property for me as I had renters in there, and when I asked her about paying a large fee to have my rental agency do a final walk-through/inspection, she told me their fee was ridiculous and she would do it for me. We spoke and emailed each other several times, and when I had concerns/questions she patiently explained how the process works and calmed any nerves I had about handing over so much "control" to a virtual stranger. Ironically, when I found MSC and decided to have them/Kathy list my property we discovered that I bought the property some 14 years ago through MSC :). Talk about irony. Thanks again to Greg and Kathy for their great service and professionalism.

Kathy has been a real asset to our Bradenton, FL property search. She has listened to our desires and found us the perfect home. In this extremely competitive real estate market, Kathy found a way for our offer to stand out heads above our competitors. And then, she handled every aspect of the offer to the settlement all while we were 1100 miles away. Kathy is not only a friend of mine but always has our best interest in mind when my husband and I we were house searching in the local Bradenton area. Kathy is very knowledgeable of the particular area we were looking into buying in and she is well informed and experienced with the area we were searching in . Kathy is a wonderful resource for things we needed afterwards , had great ideas, and gave us a lot of very useful information even after our home purchase! Kathy was very flexible when it was time to look at homes for they were selling very quickly when we were house shopping. I could call Kathy at a late notice to look at a prospective home to buy and she never told me NO!,, Kathy is amazing at her job!!!!

Your firm was recommended to me by a paralegal who lives in our complex. She told me to list it with Kathy Valenti and she will sell it so fast your head will spin! Her and Gregory Zies did just that! Both members of their team were in constant communication with me and had numerous showings until the unit sold. My sales associates Kathy Valente and Gregory Zies truly provided me with the exceptional service Michael Saunders & Company strives to achieve. Kathy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and was always available whenever I reached out to her. Gregory was wonderful, showing the property on time with each request. On moving day, we had a deadline to meet for the final walkthrough by the new owners at 1pm. I had to leave at 11am for an unexpected doctor's visit, and also had to contend with another two set-backs regarding the cleaning crew and carpet cleaners. In my absence, during this crucial time, Gregory arrived early, went above and beyond, came to the rescue and worked diligently, helping my daughter prepare the condo for the walkthrough. I am extremely happy to report that your team in Bradenton surpassed my expectations of exceptional service.
