Kim was excellent from beginning to end. Came prepared on day one with the ability to answer all my questions and some I didn’t know to ask. She provided me with detailed information and instructions in all areas from start to finish. She was also able to provide me with contacts that provided outside services to get my home ready to sell. She said I’ll be with you all the way and she was. She kept me informed after we left the area and were out of the state. You could not make a better choice. Very professional!

Kim is an amazing realtor. We were in a situation where we had to relocate a family member and move her closer so we could care for her. This ment not only selling this home but also clearing out the entire house and getting it prepared to sell. The home had only one family in it but had not been updated in close to 25 years. Kim was able to manage and coordinate all repairs to enable us to put on the market. She put us in with contractors, cleaning services painters to assist us as we lived out of state and were unable to do this ourselves. In the end, Kim was able to sell our property at the price we needed. This type of care and dedication is rarely seen, especially in today’s times. Without Kim I have no idea how we would have ever been able to accomplish this. I highly recommend Kim Azar-Calka for anyone’s real estate needs.
