Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed working with Klaus and Nora. We feel they gave us good advice on pricing and during the negotiations. They were receptive to our ideas about photos and wording of the narrative, and one of them personally conducted each showing. Customer feedback we got was that their patient face time helped make the sale. The ultimate sale was to an internet buyer from out of State and the lead came through the Michael Saunders network.
