This is the second time we have worked with Linda on the sale of our homes. She is without a doubt the most efficient and well-prepared realtor we have ever worked with. First of all, Linda gets a 5-Star grade for creating a wonderful experience. For me, buying a house, so quickly after my husbands death, could have been a negative experience. It was positive. Over the course of 15 years we have sold 3 and purchased 2 homes with Linda as our guide. We would not consider using anyone else and though we wish the best for her, we hope she doesn't retire anytime soon! Linda is a very hardworking Real Estate agent and she goes the extra mile to make sure sales and purchases go well for us. And they have, every time. We are entirely satisfied and recommend Linda to others often. In this most recent sale, Linda advised us to list early as the market slows over the summer, gave us our homework to do and pushed us to be ready. We took all her advice, including re-staging and decluttering, painting and repairs, and were able to go under contract in less than a month.

I don’t even know if there are words to describe just how grateful I am for Linda Driggs and Dave Hall.
