WOW, I guess that’s about the best way to describe our realtor Malihe Karimi. We wanted to sell our condo on Longboat Key but knew that the market was becoming pretty soft. Malihe, you are a busy successful agent yet you dropped everything when I casually asked you about condos for sale in the complex. You offered to show me one that very minute. The condo was so artfully decorated (by you) that we fell in love that instant. It was a multiple offer situation and, we ultimately were able to purchase the unit. You remembered that we had asked about a particular type of unit and when one became available, you let us know immediately. Again, we fell in love and you expeditiously prepared a full-price offer which the Seller accepted. We considered keeping the first unit we had purchased but ultimately decided to sell it instead. You handled that sale expeditiously as well, getting us a higher price than what we had paid. Throughout these experiences, you were always prompt in responding to our many questions. We always felt that we were in good hands and that your many years of real estate experience would solve any problems we encountered. Our experience with Malihe Karimi was outstanding from start to finish! While we only first met Malihe in late March when we decided to list our family condominium for sale, my sisters and I were immediately impressed with Malihe’s warm, professional demeanor. It was, no doubt, a challenge to work with The Three Sisters who all live in three far corners of the US and yet she rose to the challenges every step of the process. Her artistic eye for detail was apparent with the careful staging of the condo. Malihe captured the subtle elegance and tranquil warmth that resulted in photos that immediately attracted interest! When that first offer came in within days of the initial listing, we were ecstatic. Then, when the financing stalled on the offer, Malihe was undeterred and went back to work. We appreciated that Malihe kept us well informed of both progress and stumbling blocks throughout our rollercoaster ride through the month that followed that initial offer. Her warm and positive personal attention through text messages and phone calls eased all of our long-distance sellers’ anxiety. All of Malihe’s hard work did result in an offer that we were happy to accept…mission accomplished in just over a month! Five Stars for Malihe Karimi!

We can't thank Malihe enough for her professional assistance and expertise regarding the sale of our property on Longboat Key. Within a week of our initial meeting with Malihe, the property was staged, mls listed, and 2 prospective buyers bidded full price or more than requested! A little more than a month later, we closed. That's service! Malihe is a mover and a shaker and we highly recommend that buyers and sellers seriously consider her as their real estate agent.
