Hello,I am writing to share some. Feedback for our listing agent, Marcia Cullinan. We listed our house in Gulf Cove in December of 2019 with Marcia. We were familiar with several local agents, but decided to list with Marcia due to her personal touch. Prior to listing, Marcia reached out to us via mail requesting the opportunity to be the listing agent for our property after a mutual neighbor mentioned our interest in selling. This was, in my experience, unique. Marcia performed all promised duties in a timely fashion during the listing process. Her expertise and professionalism was stellar. She was there for almost all of our showings and recommended many different service providers (maid service, plumbers etc).
