Working with Melissa was a joy. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect condo. Once we were in contract we had to go back to North Carolina until after the closing. Melissa took care of all the issues that arose from the inspection. With her help we had the HVAC and the water tank replaced. Then we had the condo painted and Melissa met every contractor. She was amazing. We could not have done it without her.
