A mensch, a prince, a deal maker. The first three things that come to mind when I think of Mel Goldsmith. Mel not only staged the apartment, sold the apartment, and help packed up some of the apartment, but Mel was able to find us an all cash buyer within weeks of listing the apartment. Mel was there for us from start to finish for whatever was needed. I live in Connecticut and everything that needed to be done to quickly secure and close a favorable sale was done by Mel and his wife, Jan. It was a real pleasure from start to finish - thanks Mel.

We had been renting on Longboat Key for three winters, and we started looking at properties with Mel & Jan Goldsmith during our very first winter. What was so good about working with the Goldsmiths was that they never pressured us to buy something, just to buy something. We found a townhouse that we really liked, and eventually bought. Mel and Jan practically held our hands as they walked us through the process of buying a Florida property. We had an excellent experience and appreciate the Goldsmiths for helping us find a place we really love.

We have lived in the Siesta Key and Sarasota area for fifteen years. In the past ten years we have bought and sold condos and houses six times. These transactions have been handled by Mel and Jan Goldsmith and they have done a wonderful job for us. Mel and Jan and Michael Saunders is No. 1.

Mel and Jan Goldsmith were our Realtors. To use an understatement, they were absolutely terrific. Further, I consider them friends and would highly recommend them. Mel and Jan were highly professional, knowledgeable and considerate of what specifically we were looking for. In addition, they have continued to be helpful in enabling us to acclimate to the area.

We were in contact with Mel almost every day; he took care of every step of the transaction on our behalf and kept taking care of us even after the closing day. Mel and Jan are real pros dedicated to their clients, we are still impressed by the quality of the properties they found for us in such a short delay and about the abundance of good advice they gave us. These people know Longboat Key from one bridge to the other and they share this knowledge with their clients.
