Recently my wife and I closed on a home in Sarasota through the efforts of Denise Mei. This is the second home she was able to help us find and buy. She did such a good job the first time, we wanted her to help us the second time! She always paid strict attention to our requirements but also made suggestions of her own from her experience. She has been very good about being available to show us homes on very short notice sometimes and making all of the necessary arrangements quickly and dealing with the seller agents, providing advice and in general, making the experience easier. The assistance of her daughter, Nicole, was also valuable because Nicole was able to dig up information on homes and provided some of the comparison data. For these reasons Denise (and Nicole) would certainly have my recommendation to others for her services.

Nicole is a true professional who knows the local market very well. She makes sure she is representing her clients needs. She is attentive and checks to make sure everything is going as it should every step of the way, down to the smallest of details. Nicole is a hands on agent, and you can't go wrong having her represent you.

Nicole was always very organized and on time to appointments and showings. She communicated clearly and kept us in the loop about each and every showing. She worked hard to get our listing published in local newspapers and magazines as well as hosted broker tours and open houses. We felt confident that the sale of our house was in good hands. She was professional and a delight to work with.

Nicole Mei went well above and beyond her role as my buying agent in the purchase of my investment home in the Arlington neighborhood of Sarasota. I purchased this home long distance without seeing it in person and left some major decisions to Nicole. She was a great negotiator which enabled us to get the house that had 3 other offers. Nicole knows the area and schools well and also has many connections and recommendations which helped us tremendously being out of town buyers. Nicole Rocks !

Before we decided to buy a home in Sarasota, we reviewed several realtor profiles and decided Denise and Nicole was the best team for us. We started looking for houses about a year ago. We corresponded by e-mail and they sent us perspective houses. This was perfect, since we were not locals from the area. She was on target with exactly what we were looking for, and was very well prepared. We were traveling back and forth to Sarasota every 2 or 3 months or so to look at all the different houses and condos. Every time we were in Sarasota, Denise and Nicole were always prepared ahead of time with everything; making appointments with the other agents/realtors, and always had very handy files with all the details and pictures. They were very knowledgeable with their over 20 years residents in Sarasota, I have to say without their help, it would've been impossible for us to buy a house. Denise and Nicole also helped and provided us with recommendations for insurance companies and many other items we did not think about. Denise and Nicole are very professional and responsive, we have enjoyed working with them very much and would definitely recommend her to friends.

Denise and Nicole Mei sold us our waterfront condo in Sarasota. They knew what we were searching for and were able to alert us to a listing that matched our preferences as it was coming on the market. We were able to negotiate right when the listing hit so that we did not lose out on the condo. Both Denise and Nicole are extremely professional, and great fun to work with. We cannot say enough about their great personalities. They work really hard to get their clients what they want. Because of our great purchase experience, we have chosen to list our home with them that we are selling in order to move into the condo. So we have worked with them on both sides of the real estate process, buying and selling. We highly recommend their team!
