We have only great things to say about Nicole. My husband, John, and I started looking for a house in the Lakewood Ranch/Parrish area last July. Nicole spent many days showing us new builds; as well as, resale homes. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. After we signed a contract to build with Medallion, Nicole continued to keep in touch. She took precious time to attend our structural and design meetings, her insight was so helpful. We have reached out to her so many times asking for recommendations for restaurants, inspectors, a nail salon, etc. We don’t know what we would have done without her! On top of all that, Nicole is so sweet and thoughtful. She is a joy to work with.

First let me say what a pleasure it was having Nicole Ryskamp on our side during this process. She really checks off all the boxes when it comes to what you want and expect from an agent. Nicole was very good at communicating all the milestones and needs so we could keep moving forward and she gave wonderful advice with the different offers we received. Nicole guided me through the sale of my home and purchase of a new home. She is a professional thru and thru with excellent knowledge of real estate and real estate contracts. She goes above and beyond to make the process less stressful with her warm and friendly demeanor and with all the little details that make you feel like your sale is the most important. I truly felt like I was in good hands with Nicole guiding me each step of the way!

Nicole Ryskamp represented me in what turned out to be a complicated home sale as well as a slightly unorthodox home purchase. She handled every issue no matter how big or small with professionalism, efficiency and creativity. If I need to sell again, I will most definitely be calling her! Nicole had the market insight, real estate experience, professionalism, attention to detail, and warm human touch to price, prepare, market, stage, and ultimately sell my mother's home in an expert manner. We're a family of five children (some local, some long distance) who together assisted our 89-year-old mother to sell her beloved home and relocate to a local independent living facility. Nicole was able to focus our collective efforts on what needed to be done to attain the optimal sales price, sales time, and sales terms for my mother's home, and then to make certain that my mother (who is single and in declining health) was gently guided through this transaction with minimal personal disruption.
