Tori was our agent on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. From the beginning to the end, Tori did an outstanding job for us. When we looked at the first of many properties with her she told us that she'd be happy to show us as many houses in person as we wanted to see until we eventually found the right one...which we did. Always cheery, always eager to answer our questions and resolve any issues, house hunting with Ms. Turner was a fun experience. Tori always showed up on time (so did we) and never hesitated to agree with our decision to keep looking. We highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs. Before listing our home we wanted to find a realtor that would help us through the process of selling our first home. Victoria went above and beyond to help exceed our expectations and we were able to get a very fair price for our property. She really knows the Sarasota Area and is a great asset for any potential buyer/seller!

I had an incredible experience working with Victoria to sell my home in the Country Club and highly recommend her. As a seller, she really advocated and represented my interests and was unbashful in getting me the top-dollar price with no haggling or drawn out process. I made it clear that I wanted a fair price but more importantly I did not want the listing to sit and go stale. She had the home under contract in 3-hours from listing and full-price, cash with a 2-week close! In baseball terms, she knocked it out of the park with the bases loaded! Very much highly recommend Victoria if you are buying or selling a luxury home in Lakewood Ranch!
